My thoughts, at the time, were that the item creating the "injury" needs to be removed first.

I thought that too, but I also thought that the dad had something to do with it or the beer had something to do with it.

Good episode! I like the way they are developing the characters and storylines so far. Great ending for this week also. Would have been nice to see the coroner's face ... maybe next week.
