Herrera Esteli Box Sticker Question

On the bottom of the box of Norteños that I bought I noticed a sticker. It is distinctly different than the UPC sticker. I was wondering if there was any significance to it. Because of the last five digits I thought it might be a date code.

Does the hand written twelve indicate the number of cigars in the box. Certainly could be an inventory control sticker. Curious if it is from the manufacturer or retailer/wholesaler.

It was a box of 25 cigars. I was thinking 12 might be the QC signing off.

I have no clue, but may email Neptune this afternoon.

Neptune confirmed the sticker is from DE. Nobody can figure out of the numbers have any meaning.
