As I understand, upon leaving Cuba, there is a limit to how many stoggies can be "exported" (50 as of today) per person without paying duty.
1.) If you are bringing extra cash and suitcases you probably intend on purchasing more than 50. My question is if you know what the duty is on leaving Cuba with more than 50 smokes?
2.) What did you see in the government run cigar shops as far as stock and availability? Supplies have been scarce these days.
3.) Also did you have a daiquiri at the Florida bar next to Ernest Hemingway?
