  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

It's off to work I go.

I HATE that we sell RYO cigarette stuff. This new tax has caused some wide eyes even though I was warning them the last few weeks. I wish we would sell what we have and be done with it. Let them go to a "tobacco outlet" type place.

No offense to anyone here that smokes RYO. I just find that most of the customers I get are just cheap asses but also have very discriminating tastes at the same time. Maybe less will come in now that the $7.

I have a friend who just quit RYO and my daughter and some of her friends smoke clove cigarettes. I don't have a problem with either of them. (Although I've never smoked near them except for outdoors - I might change my attitude if someone in a B&M fired one up next to me).

I'm glad we don't have ryo in my shop! But the worst will be the old, bitchy pipe smokers who have "been coming here for 40 years boy, so don't tell me about the price".
BTW, be careful if you smoke cloves regularly. My friend substituted cigarettes for cloves and started coughing up blood in about 4 months. They're really bad for you.

Wow! They taste worse than fresh compost, but I'd never guess they were that bad.

Yeah the old pipe smokers are the cheapest ones of the bunch. They complain about a $.05 increase I can't wait till one comes in and buys a pound of his regular blend. It went up a whole $2.xx I forget the change. Oh well.
