9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, Full size kitchen, 1 med BBQ, 3 large outdoor decks, (Hot Tub for Ish), Bigger parker area…
There are 13 beds
1 large couch 1
1 large sectional sofa (has two recliners and couch attached)
So this is the sleep arrangement’s = 13 people in a beds and 3 on the couch or sofa’s =17
There is lots of floor space for sleeping bags, I’ll bring an air bed for someone.
Here will be the break down on cost
Bed or couch $90.25 (1st come 1st served)
All attendees will be asked to pay $20.00 for food for the weekend or $10.00 for the day!
Menu will be decided after money is gathered
