I will drive up early on Saturday morning and spend the night in a hotel Saturday night. Will leave sometime on Sunday. Please advise as to where to send any monies and how much. Thanks for letting me in on this. If there is floor space left for a sleeping bag please let me know. No problems if that's not available as I can get a room.

there is plenty of floor space for a sleeping bag... plus a few guys will be bringing air mattresses, etc.. Im sure we can find you somewhere to sleep.. unless you just have to have the bed in a hotel room.. please dont feel like you have to go anywhere else.. there's plenty of room..

When we get closer to the actual date Ill post something up here listing out things we need and ask if anyone wants to bring side dishes, plates, lawn chairs, etc.. and try to get all of that organized..

We're asking that guys not paying for bunks try to chip in a few bucks to help cover additional food costs, etc.. also.. but neither this or picking up the extra type things listed above is a necessity..

Its just my experience that people are going to bring "stuff" whether you want them to or not.. so we might as well be organized about it.. and end up with paper plates, cups, plastic ware, and 10 different side dishes..

as opposed to having 25 people all bring a sleeve of red solo cups ...
