That is all marketing. There is no way a single can be worth $750 other than the fact that there are people that will be suckered into paying that much for a flavored cigar.

Just sad... the marketing crew at Gurkha probably grabbed one of their standard cigars, made it looks special, called it the majestys reserve, and slapped a $750 price tag on... there is NO way any cigar could ever be worth that, at a point tobacco is tobacco. The only exception would be a very rare collectible, not something that is currently manufactured.
