My next endeavor will be to some how get the alcohol to evaporate away leaving me a more concentrated bacon flavor that I can use to flavor beer at the bottling stage. Plus I won't be upping the alcohol of the beer thus altering other flavor characteristics when adding the bacon flavor.

Next time I make some (which will be soon) I will doing it with a 1.75L bottle with pan fried bacon. All the fat and other goodies will go into the bottle.

I'm going to try my vodka in a lower alcohol irish dry stout that was brewed where I have my internship. See what difference I taste in a much more tame beer compared to my RIS.

If I had tomato juice and the other necessary items I'd try it in a bloody mary this morning. Hmm maybe I'll pick some up. I have to get water for my brewday anyhow.
