After MDWest said to be careful at the Hillbilly Herf I knew it was something I had to make for myself back home. It's crazy-awesome! And if you're on a low-carb diet like me 90% of the time then you'll love it. The day you make it just watch out - you'll shit a boat anchor. Aside from that it's epic any day after the first.
This is a great starter recipe to tune to your tastes:

I like less carrot and used red onion instead of white. Yes, the green onion is still there.
I also used a cayenne/black pepper/garlic salt bbq rub instead of straight salt & peppercorns.
And 9 habaneros instead of 6.
So how do you properly spell this - pikliz or picklese anyway?
