Update: I'll be throwing some pulled pork on the smoker @6 PM on Friday night, which should be done between noon and 2pm on Saturday. That and Smoked Mac N' Cheese should be plenty to eat for the Herf....

Damn! Thats the week I will be in CA but unfortunately in NorCal with family. If it was further north i probably could have dropped by. Have fun guys!

Yeah, last year it was my daughter's weekend in July... this year it's someone elses.
