I'm sitting here outside with a Padron 44th Natty.( My only non maduro Anny but actually my favorite of all 40s) I cut it at 7:30. Took a few cold draws and BAM. Ginger bread, nutmeg, and Orange marmalade????????? are you serious???? Some of the most exotic spices I've ever had with out actually lighting a cigar. I've had a few of these 44s before but every time I sit back and think..........Who is this family and what have they done with there tobacco?
It's now 8:15 and after 45 mins of cold drawing it I think I'm ready to actually start enjoying the smoking part of this homage. Well done Padrons.......Well done. My :tiphat: is off to you!

Edit:
After thoughtful consideration only a soft flame will touch this cigar tonight!

Definately have to agree with you Justin....how do they do it!

I was gifted a SI-15 (64 Maddy, 6 x 60) from a friend, I personally prefer anything in the 1000 Series (Maddy of course) by Padron and don't really like a 6 x 60 but oh my God. I smoked that SI-15 until it burned my fingers. It was like "no" other 64 Anniversary I have ever smoked!

I had to by a box of them....thank you Abe and Padron!

I like to keep 3 in my Humidor for special occasions since I can't afford $25 a day. I still have a 80th Anniversary that I've been saving for 2 years.

Larry,

You got me wanting to try the 60 ring beast now. That good huh?

I think you are right, they hide chocolate in each of them!

When it comes to NC, Padron is my go to cigar. I always keep a few 64 Anniversarys in my humi. No other cigar manufacturer has been able to capture the same flavors I have found in Padrons. Props to them, keep up the good work!

I'm always amazed as well, and i a way i don't want to know cause it will ruin the surprise. The greatest thing is every cigar they make becomes even more amazing with a little age.

It was totally unbelieveable in my opinion....like I previously stated I don't care for 6 x 60 cigars and would rather smoke any Padron in the 1000 Series with some age on them compared to 26th or 64th Anniversary Padrons.

That SI-15 Padron just blew me away it was that damn good! :cbig:
