I tried cream and sugar once when I was in high school, and I quickly went to just black. Unless I have a ice coffee in the summer then just a little sweatner.

I try them in just about any fashion. Black, w/cream, w/cream and sugar, sometimes with cinnamon and/or nutmeg. Sometimes with a healthy shot of whiskey. It's my coffee, I'll drink however I feel at the time and I usually enjoy it completely.
