How far do you cut your torpedos?

I bite the end off.

I cut around 1/4" off at first and then seems like I always take another 1/4" off before I am done.

I'm with Dave on this one. Ever since that article and watching others cut & test the draw...then recur to open up...I don't use the shop's cutter.

But I use my own cutter to cut about 1/4" off. Usually almost straight. But I have done the V cut. Just got away from it. Maybe I'll try it again.
