If it is a standard VSG with a second band under it that says something like "estate reserve" I've seen them at a B&M.
I'll have to hit them up again next time I'm there, but they have a section under a cabinet for customers who'd appreciate such things. I've never seen them on the shelf, but I'll check with the manager. Actualy, all of my top 3 B&M's keep stuff under the counter but it's mostly limited release like Forbidden, special sizes etc. not as rare as some of what's been listed here.
