HA! Anyone of you that bought that store would go broke smoking up your inventory, and die of mouth cancer in 5 years!

Me, on the other hand, would most likely go broke in STYLE! Likely die of mouth cancer in as little as a year, if I'm any judge.

That's gross sales...it'd probably take a few years to recoup the initial investment. But it's not bad. Sure would be nice to live down there!
Yep. Net available to serious buyers. I wonder if this would support a retirement. Hmmmmm.

Actually, that is true. Foreigners have their property held in a Mexican corporation. The name escapes me at the moment. We have friends that have property and a business just south of Ensenada. They have never had trouble with the Mexican authorities, but they do tell me that expropriation is always in the back of their minds. . .:-(
