How was your Monday?

Good Day Brothers & sisters,


Just wanted to know How everyone's manic Monday went. You know how monday's can be for some of us. Fortunately for me I didn't have to work, took my son to an doctor's appt, spent a little we time with my daughter. Didn't have a cigar today, giving my throat a little break don't want to over do it. Thats about it, rest of the day is me time. Hope all is well God bless.

Took the dog to the vet, picked up a keg for homebrewing, and I'm smoking as I type this.

pretty good... made some phone calls for our business, planned out some marketing strategies, discussed some renovations. i'm thinking of having a smoke now, but i might wait until later. it's hot and there will be flies if i smoke now... and i hate flies.

Didn't have to work today. Got up about a quarter to 1, ate a bite and smoked a Graycliff 'G2'. Just taken it easy all day, waiting for the Titans and Cardinals game to start at 8.

It went well, a normal Monday. Went to work, got a haircut, ate dinner, now it's off to the girlfriends house!

Won a Perdomo Habano Torpedo 5 Pack... smoked a Partagas Black while the boy napped, and now I am getting ready to head off to pour beers at the bar... aside from the heat, today has been a great day!

Tore my lower back yesterday...worst I have ever hurt myself. Work was rough today...but got home...popped another 4 ibuprophene and smoked a dirty rat while chattin with the boys on live chat. turned my day around totally. now I just need to get my arse to the doctors for the pain med hook up

My Monday went alright, worked from 7:30 to 6 and it rained all day. Now that I think about it, it was a pretty crappy day!

Got into the shop at 9:00AM and just got home at 7:45PM....long day, it was pretty busy and my arse is tired!

busy day today, lots of phone calls and appointments. was supposed to leave at 2:30 but didn't until 5. went home and got a bite to eat. went to the driving range and hit golf balls decently from 6-7. now relaxing listening to sports talk radio waiting for the wife to return home.

Regular drabby Monday, plus it rained, plus Im coming off a weekend that included a fishing trip Saturday, in which we drank a bazzilion beers during/after the trip then I had a full Sunday of baby duty.....other than that, it was typical!!

I began demo today on one of our bathrooms...Specifically the one that got flooded, and summoned us home prematurely from our vacation! (the whole story is posted somewhere here...)

So I'm sore everywhere, but I'm saving a ton by doing it myself!

Was hoping to have a cigar this evening, but that's unfortunately not in the works!

A good friend is a beer judge and brewer of some renown and he recently brought over a Belgian style triple that was spicy, but in the best way. Not like a Christmas Ale, more savory than sweet. Easily the best home brewed beers I've ever had. :bottle:

What I wouldn't give for a little rain... was 105 here today. Thank god I work in an office building. Though the madhouse in there from our server outage has been making it a bit toasty in there too... :laugh:


Hopefully things turn around and get a bit calmer.. I'm only 7 working days from a much needed vacation.

Had a great monday. Volunteered my time to a Free Clinic in my city during the morning and had orientation for a my last year of clinical work for my LISW.

I may not be rich but I am fulfilled and stimulated.

Now if I can stay off cigar auction sites and not act on every recommendation on here, I should be OK. :guitar:
