the sheets contain small pieces of the beads, so they work as well and the same as the beads.
the issue is where you use them. i think that they best serve a travel humidor. they are so thin, they will fit anywhere. no worry about spilled beads either. there is enough volume of beads in a small sheet to properly humidifiy an airtight btravel humi, or a small wood travel humidor.
for larger humis, bulk beads are your best bet
