humidor inventory

I added a 150qt coolidor to the mix today (and took the original 52qt out of service). I spent almost 3 hours rearranging things; mostly putting the singles of similar sizes in boxes and making labels for them. I still have no clue how many sticks I have but now have room for more.

(Side note, that 150qt marine cooler is cavernous).

I do keep an Excel spreadsheet of the inventory. I started it just for fun one day, but now I'm pretty OCD about it. It has brand, line, vitola, measurement, country of origin, age and who it came from (if gifted).

That being said, it is fun to find the forgotten stick at the back of the cabinet, but I do the same thing when I scan down the list. "Hey, I still have a Tat East Coast...somewhere!"

I want to start an Access database with bands, photos and tasting notes, but that's set aside until the proverbial rainy day.
