Exactly this!!! Still have to get to the CH sticks I have in the humi, but I will support this kind of business regardless of how well I like the product. I do expect to be blown away by the product too based on everyone elses reviews though.

You are wasting valuable smoking time brother... When you're ready to smoke next, pull out a CH. You won't be disappointed.

So many good sticks, so little time... I will try tonight if I can wrangle kids to bed in a timely manner.

Howdy - new to BOTL - not new to cigars. Had not smoked a Crowned Heads - ever - until tonight, when Las Calaveras knocked my all-time favorite smoke (LP #9) out of first place - by a mile or two. I bought the box only because El Dia De Los Muertos is the coolest holiday - and some good posts about Crowned Heads cigars. Undoubtedly the best cigar I've had the privilege to smoke in many years. Hat's off to Jon, and to Pepin and Jaime. I do not know how the My Father artisanos do it - I smoked a Tatuaje Black at 5:00pm which left my palate clean enough to tackle the Calaveras at 8:00pm. I smoked it ROTT - and savored every puff. It left me marveling that Pepin can make the Tatuaje that I smoked first - and the Calaveras - which are at polar extremes of the cigar spectrum and equally excellent in terms of quality. Mind boggling.

I've briefly met Jon a few times but got to talk to him one on one before the seminars at IPCPR and he was nice enough to gift me a corona of the Jericho Hill. Man, what a great smoke, I got the Robusto as a sample and looking forward to smoking that as well. I believe his quote regarding the JH was that Las Calaveras was the left jab and Jericho Hill was the right hook.

Good story about a great person .....this brand of cigars is popular for one reason...they are truly great and to back that up John has done what so many of us want in a manufacturer/blender/etc. and that is back up what they sell. I'm sold on every cigar he makes...the taste and profile of every cigar he makes is testimony to the skills of blending. In the last month or two I've bought more CH's cigars than anything else I've purchased in the last 4 years. When I travel and go into B&M's I know that buying a CH product is like buying a guaranteed cigar and experience...just doesnt get any better than that.

Just yesterday I got a PM from Jon asking me to call his personal cell about a problem I had. Let it be noted that the retailer was already on it but Jon wanted to talk and have the box for QC. Jon's one of a kind not many companies would hand out personal numbers just to make something right.

I have been blown away from the cigars i have tried so far. The Angels Anvil was amazing. Missed out on the Calaveras as I cant find them locally but it seems like a winner as well. Excellent product for sure.
