Wow, what an honor to meet Mr. Fuente...

If you've seen the Birthplace of a Dream video you know the Fuente family went through a lot to keep plugging along in the cigar world and to finally get to where they are now. They really helped to usher in the era of super-premium NC cigars.

He was extremely nice, although he stayed busy with pics and autographs the whole day so it was hard to chat with him much.

I've wanted to meet him for a while, glad I got to make this event.

He is next on my list of people I really want to meet! I missed a chance to get up to Knoxville and see him a few months ago.

you really have to give these guys credit... there are not too many industries where you get to meet, on this level, the guy behind the product....... it's one of the things I like about the cigar "addiction"......

I met both Carlos Sr and Carlito at an event in Chicago some years back. Nice people ... very friendly, dedicated and generous.
