I need a "NEW" Cellular phone, I need help choosing.

Well I got my "NEW" to me, I-phone 5S activated today, it is not much of an improvement, but it will do what I need to do. My big concern was apprently the evil Apple Application Store, has stopes allowing the down load of Cigar Aficionado's App -Where to Smoke App. So I was happy the App showed up from their cloud.
That is 110% right the App - Where to Smoke has been removed from the Apple App Store, as PC Apples doesn't want to promote Cigar Smoking.
But they are allowing Apps having to do with "POT" that is illegle in 25 of the 50 US States, and most foreign countries. Go figure.
