I happen to have moved from the Lithuania a while ago, but this kind of awesomeness is guaranteed to happen once in a while.

Odd memory: after the fall of the Soviets in early 90's, there was a lot of instability when it came to currency. There were a couple "interim" solutions for currency, one of which was ridiculously easy to copy. So, on network tv, a couple of times I saw adds running for companies selling "printers" to, according to the commercial, make your own money.

You just cant make this stuff up.

Of course we would all love to do this, but come on do you really think that was somebodies car? Just like the article reads "publicity stunt", no doubt in my mind that car was palnted there for that reason! Now take the tank and drive it over a line of cars park in the wrong spot!
