BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Something tells me that IT Infrastrcute is not as big a problem as they make it seem. It will be in the cuban goverements, and a few big corporatiosn interest to get that going.
Becuase it will also be all new, it will lilkey get a good system, for not all that money, that is all up to date.
I have a feeling when the doors open, Cuba will get some big jumps quickly and plenty of large interested investors and financers.
