The hit didn't look like anything big, but you can see the helmet hit right between his arm and shoulder blade. Anything can happen...

The sideline reporter also said during the 2nd half that McCoy was begging the coaches to go back in and they all said no. I think she said his dad was saying no too but I didn't hear for sure...
