got this in a trade with BOTL's Topher. thanks topher!

goldilocks said it best, not too soft, not too firm, feels just right.
cedary tobacco smell

punched and torched and peppery tobacco taste in the first few puffs

same peppery cedary tobacco taste.
great burn and draw with plenty of smoke in every puff

hawaii on my mind

pepper has toned down enough that i have a little coffee flavor coming through.
gotta nice kick to it so far

coffee with a touch of leather joins the cedary tobacco taste, with a light pepper.
fantastic draw and burn. ash fell at about 2 inches

leathery coffee and tobacco with just enough spice to keep it from getting creamy, but it's trying.
leaning towards a full bodied/strength cigar

and easy nub. finishes with cedary tobacco, leather and coffee, and a pretty good spice kick in the last couple of inches.
perfect burn and draw for the entire cigar.
a must try for any cigar smoker.

thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed the review!

Thanks for the review, Ron. Admittedly, my initial Epernay experience left me less than impressed and the others I bought have gravitated to the back of the cabinet...maybe it's time to revisit them.

never had an illusione, need to get on that

cigar aficionado doesn't seem to like 'em as much as everyone else I've talked to does
