  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Hey Guys. Every spring I do fundraising for the Ride for Kids. The Ride for Kids raises money every year for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of the US. Last year I had great success thanks to my fellow BOTL. Thank you very much to all of you who donated last year and congrats to those of you who won the cigars I gave away last year. This year I have enlisted the help of CigarsDirect.com to help me raise some money. A $10 donation to a great cause gets you entered into a drawing to win one of these boxes of cigars. The cigars that are up for grabs are the following:

A box of Fuente Opus X Perfection No.5
A box of A. Fuente Anejo No. 49
A box ofA. Fuente Hemigway Maduros



Every $10 you donate gets you one entry and $50 will get you seven. Be sure to read the whole post and follow the instructions carefully to make sure your name gets into the drawing. It's a chance to win some really great cigars and support a really great cause in the process.

All donations must be made by April 25th to be included in the drawing. Winners will be announced on May 4th after the Ride. The Ride is at Jordan Lake in North Carolina on May 3rd. If any of you ride and are near the Raleigh-Durham area in NC, come on out and ride with me.

I am involved in the Childrens Lukemia Foundation here in MI. The kids need every bit of help that can be offered.

For $10 you could walk away with an entire box of cigars that most places usually limit you to Two per Customer. Plus there is the added benefit of knowing you are helping some very deserving kids.

Thanks to those who have donated so far. BOTL.org has donated $150 so far. I am just about halfway to my goal now. Remember all donations need to be in by April 25th to be included in the drawing for the cigars.

I am halfway to my goal with about a month left. Be sure to budget in $10 or $20 bucks this month for a donation guys. You might win a great box of cigars. At the very least you help some kids that can really use it.

I appreciate the support guys and gals. Several brothers and a sister form this board have donated with a bunch more that have declared their intentions to donate. You guys are great and your generosity is much appreciated. Every little bit helps.
