mike and scott -- what stores and bars/restaurants should I hit up? what's the situation with danny's place?

Crap I will be in COzumel from the 9th to the 19th. Dude I am just gonna miss ya. From my understanding my friend Danny is working at valhalla a new Cuban style bar in P.D.C. I havent been there so i dont really know if it is cool or not but i can tell you that no matter what you wont have a better mojito in mexico unless it is dannys! Please let him know I sent ya )

There is Enrique Mon's partagas club cigar shop and a la bogita del medio rest/bar/cigar lounge to smoke at (decent mojitos here) and plenty of topless beach. I understand from a friend on the island the water temps are in the 80's and air temps w humidity in the mid 90-s.

Valhalla is the name of the new Cuban bar where Danny works. As I have not been I cannot tell you where it is located, other than it is in Playa. Best nude beach is right downtown off of the malecon, but i am sure when you hook up with danny he will be able to point you to others as well as some 'night clubs' wink wink.

Don't plan anything around me. I don't think we're coming back to Texas during the move. Right now, it looks like we're out of here around the middle of May and we'll just had straight away to Seattle.

do you have any experience with sam & roni delivering to mexico?

hahaha no idea about that but it sure would be nice to get a few intact boxes from them. I would worry about getting them back thru customs in houston. Besides would you want your cigars sitting in this heat hell with 80% humidity if the delivery guy couldnt find you? Then there is the chance that you would have to pay massive mex duties on your gars. I wouldnt mess with it man, but that is just me.

Having a great time in czm right now, the weather has been perfect. Sitting on my apartment porch right now looking at 3 cruise ships, the ocean, downtown lights, and burning down a 98 tanio drinking a cold rum and HC :O)

Because sending anything through any shipping company in Mexico is expensive,insecure,and is nothing but a hastle. You gotta remember that things dont work down here like they do in the states. Last time I checked it was around 45$ to send a letter via DHL 3 day from Cozumel to the states.
