I'm on Plane...and on BOTL

On a plane heading to Nashville from San Diego...and I find myself browsing BOTL. I think I may have a problem...

I heard delta was going to start offering free in flight wifi on domestic travel this year... But I avoid them like the plague.. So I hadn't had a chance to confirm it yet..

By the way, I flew into SAN (on Delta) couple days ago. Found shops in Old Town and Mira Mesa (Churchill, Excalibur, Liberty.) Never was a fan of Gaslamp area. Any other shops/lounges within driving distance that I should be aware of? I've got a few more days here and would hate to have missed a great shop.

I don't fly often but I thought wifi was free on most flights. Guess not. These company's are some cheap arses.

Sounds like you hit some good spots. Churchills Miramar is the best lounge in town IMO.

There's another great / unique shop actually in the state park in Old Town. Not a great lounge, but they have some good stuff in the shop. It's called Racine & Larime. Might be worth a stop during the day sometime.

Certainly not free......$14.00 for 24 hour access, $39.95 for a month's worth.

Oh and Jay....I don't think you have a problem. Nothing I wouldn't be doing if I wasn't so damn cheap.
