If you are a single malt guy, you've got to try the Johnnie Walker Double Black. It's based on Black Label but peatier and smokey.
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Wow. Twice the price? I think it might be 10 bucks more than the regular black here. I keep eyeing it, but I'm not that big a fan of the regular black, so just haven't bitten.I saw it tonight but grabbed the regular black label. The double was twice the price. Maybe next time?
I think it has been available for a while as a Duty Free exclusive product, but is now being made available in other markets.Never heard of it and that's extremely odd for me when it comes to John.
It is a blend. All of Johnnie Walker's products are blends. I think Krishna was saying that even single malt guys need to try the double black. Is it a single Malt or a blend?
Cuz all other JW's are blend.
Just saying.
I have tried most of em.
and the Blue is amazing, but it is a blend.
