  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Is it a sin to smoke Black and Milds?

That's the one thing that generally lets me know right off if I want to know someone, if they talk down or in anyway judge what someone else smokes I generally don't want to know them.

So no there is nothing wrong with smoking whatever you like. we might tease about certain cigars but that is in general the teasing would instantly stop if I knew you smoked say swishers, smoke what you like and anyone who doesn't like it can shove it. LOL

I agree that you should smoke what you like (as long as it is legal) and no one else has the right to condemn you for it.

I've never tried a Black n Mild. But I've smoked a few Backwoods and DiNobli during lunch. Mainly cause I don't have a lot of time to smoke and the price point makes it more affordable. So, smoke what you can afford.

My wife's grandfather smoked cigars, but she didn't know what he smoked. But remembers him smoking and had puffed on one a few times. I found out from my mother-in-law last night that he smoked King Edward. I think I'll have to buy some and try it. Maybe it will bring back some memories for her.

I smoked 'em in high school and some in college. Never really cared for 'em all that much and find regular cigars way better, but if you like 'em then smoke 'em. No one should tell you what to like or not like.

I've been known to snag a Swisher Sweet from a gas station when out camping in order to have something to smoke. Not a thing in the world wrong with it.

When I was a kid, a family friend who always had a cigar lit and owned a successful business used to travel extensively in the islands and could have smoked all the handmade cubans that he wanted. What did he smoke exclusively? King Edward.

I say smoke whatever you like.
But do these kinds of sticks have some of the chemicals and additives cigarettes have?

No. It is not. Smoke what you like and like what you smoke. I can remember some Backwoods when times were tough.

I remember White Owls and Al Capones...those were big with a couple of us when we were younger. I haven't had either in at least 8 years. Wonder how much I would detest them now.
Smoke what you want, it's never a bad thing unless you get caught haha.
