Well, it seems he has gotten the point...sort of.

I just looked ate one of mey email accounts and he sent me $100 today. That breaks down to $3.33 per cigar he owes.

I am going to leave it up to the people he owes to decide what to do.

The breakdown would look like this...
Cliff: $50
Ben: $33.34
Ray: $16.66

If you guy are ok with this I will acept the money and send it on to you.

I think no matter what we do, take it or refuse it, you three should stilll leave him a negative TC. The title of the email was "Payment" and he didn't write any comments. It is obvious to me he has no interest in rejoining us here at BOTL.
