  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Is the house cigar at your local B&M any good?

I just tried one from mine for the first time - a nice medium-bodied robusto that was good for a ton of smoke. Really enjoyed it.

Does your local B&M have a good stick? Would anyone possibly be interested in a pass based on local B&M sticks? Do we have good enough sticks to make this worthwhile?

My local B&M has an incredible house stick. It is called the Cheroot by La Flor Dominicana. This shop is the only one in the world you can get it. It is a 100% pure ligero cigar that Litto used to hand out to his friends. My shop owner got him to produce them for him. If anyone wants any, a new shipment is coming in, They go for 150 plus shipping for a box of 20, they are fantastic but they pack a hell of a punch.

Mine has a cool barber pole torpedo that is enjoyable. They sell it for around $6 I would be game to put a couple of these in a box pass.

Man alive...that sounds sweet. Whether or not we get something together in the form of a pass based on this idea, I might have to pull that trigger on that!

Please tell me other Brothers have something like this...how awesome would that be?

That's awesome - I have yet to try those Cheroots.. They sound fantastic - heck, it's Litto's!!!

Atlantic's house blend, Spanish Galleon (corojo) is really good.

I would really love to try some, but what is the discount?

In this picture, they are labeled as $7 ea.

They like anything are worth what you're willing to pay, but at $45 for a fiver, I'm gonna pass until I either have more flow or could maybe work up a trade.

They are 7 a piece in store, i cannot offer them for the same price on the net unfortunately. It is a way for him to reward his local customers. Not trying to gouge anyone. You would normally be paying 160 at least for a box via internet or phone, but like i said, i can do them for 150. Hope that clears things up.

By the way, the 45 includes shipping. IF you can find these elsewhere go right ahead.

Nice pic by the way, i see you have been to the shop. Would i know you?

And back to topic..

No, my B&M's house stick is horrible. My old B&M on the other hand had a great house stick. It was basically an Oliva lancero. Very tasty.

Stopped going to that B&M because the owner accused my brother of stealing. Which I know he didn't, as I was sitting with him. Prick.
