It's been over two years....

since we started looking for some land. After endless weekends of looking and countless bids on property, we have located 80 acres and our bid was accepted. We're super excited and can't wait to start clearing and building. All the paper-work should be done and we should close in mid March. God I hope nothing goes wrong! :squinteye

Oh Hell No! I ain't clearing all of it. Just a few acres for a home site. Take out the scrub and raise the canopy on the trees. Cut some trails and dig another pond. BTW, I saw fresh deer tracks Saturday everywhere but some were big, I mean BIG!
