BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Theres a bar close to my office that allows cigars but I always feel like I'm on display when I smoke....everyon else is at the bar with their cigas but somehow I'm the "self important, self absorbed, capitialist pig." Oh wait I am but still they shouldn't stare....

I wouldn't be wasting a cigar by putting it out in a place that allows cigarette smoking. I'd be getting up and leaving.
The wife and I haven't visited what once was a favorite local hang out of ours in a considerable while, since they "remodeled" their cigar room (complete with couches, TVs, humidor, etc) into a plain ol' smoke hole with regular tables. The last time we were there (immediately after finding the idiotic change) I left a business card for the manager with a short note on the back requesting him to give me a call if we got our cigar room back.
All of this over a recommendation from a consultant, from what I'm told (the cigar room was deemed a waste of money). I'll spend my money elsewhere.

i don't even want the hassle anymore. unless the place has an outdoor deck or patio, i don't light up. i want to be able to relax. not have someone giving me the evil eye for an hour.
I lit up a cigar at a hole in the wall bar when I first moved to PA from Florida. I was getting ditry looks for like 25 minutes. I was really amazed, well being that the bar was like a fog machine for cigarettes and all. THis one girl even had her tuff boyfriend come over and TELL me to put my cigar out!! Well I smoked that shit down til my fingers burned!!!!
