Congratulations Heath. Glad to hear you made it through the house sharing. Very nice looking house and I am sure you and the family will make it home. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone! I can't believe we have made it! I am not sure it has set in yet.
We just spent the entire day painting and replacing door locks. And need to do it again tomorrow.

Edit: stupid autocorrect

Since buying the house just like most people the To Do List starts and has not stopped. Well we took on a major project and wanted to share the final outcome. After 3 years of letting my hard earned money fly out the windows (literally) from the heating cost, we decided to put New Windows and Vinyl Siding on the house. We started this project on June 3rd 2017 and finished on Oct 1st 2017. The windows were original double pane from 1985 as well as the siding. The Siding was Pine Clapboard. NO Wrap under the clapboard.... And on top of all that they painted the foundation Brown to match the house so I had to fix that as well. I will post some before and after pics.

Oh and I should mention we did the work. It was my Father, my Father-in-Law and me. Every Weekend. I have never done anything like this before so this project scared the crap out of me. lolIMG_1437.JPG IMG_1438.jpg IMG_1440.JPG IMG_1439.JPG IMG_1863.JPG IMG_1905.JPG IMG_1910.JPG IMG_1712.JPG IMG_1769.JPG IMG_1866.JPG
