Havent smoked one yet, but the aroma is awesome. If I like them fresh, I will plow through these real quick.

Tasty stuff. Smoke'em fresh. I've got 12-15 boxes of his stuff sitting for 3-4 years now and I just started smoking them. Seems like they may have been better young. The bigger gauge stuff (sublimes) got real sick and may need 3-5 more years now.

Burn them up while the are roarin' to go. Before you get any amonia in them. Just my $.02

I had one of these a week or so ago and they had a harsh and burnt taste to them. You might want to let them rest for a month or so.
