  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So as some of you know I had a slight issue with my JH. Well in no time Jon contacted me gave his personal cell number and had a new box sent. This my friends is the norm for CH customer service and one of the reasons I still support them. On top of the new sticks which look amazing! Jon added a nice new hat, sticker and CH bands.

Please support people like CH we need more good guys in the world.

This is above and beyond and one of many reason more of my cigar budget is being directed to Crowned Heads. It also helps that I am in love with the product. Can't wait to hit the B&M this weekend

Funny, the GF and I were just talking the other day about how customer service has seem to die in this day and age. Maybe we can get it back with people like Jon leading the way and showing them how it shold be done!! Well done Jon, Another fine example of your commint and devotion that you show your customers.

I had never tried a CH cigar before joining this forum, and seeing all the great things Jon does for his customers. Now they are in my regular rotation, and I'm a customer for life. Once again, Jon, great customer service.

Customer service has been probably 95% of the reason I have stayed away from companies, brands and products. It's so nice to see companies taking care of their customers and backing the products that they put out!!! Well done CH!!

Incredible customer service. I, too, will be redirecting funds to support CH. Too often does customer service fall at the wayside at companies with a great product that lose sight of their priorities. It is awesome to see a company with clear priorities and a fantastic product line. Way to go, CH.
