From Jupiter down to Key Largo you'll have the ability to hit Smoke Inn (many locations in that area), Cuban Crafters, Cuenca Cigars in Hollywood, and you have to drive through Miami to get to the Keys so there's that whole Calle Ocho thing and definitely a ton more. You'll have no shortage of B&Ms to hit up. Have a great trip, Joe.
