I love it! I've got a fifth up here with me. My dad's got some at home along with a little Maker's Mark. I'm not a bourbon conoisseur yet, but I love Knob Creek.

I have tried Knob Creek, and Makers Mark, and while I normally don't drink bourbon these are not bad.

Can't hold a candle to Scotch Whisky, but hey, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

Knob Creek with two ice cubes. Absolutely LOVE it. I got a small bottle from a neighbor for my Birthday and went out and spent some B-Day money on the 750 bottle. I actually wanted the 1.75 or whatever the big bottle is, but variety won out as I picked up the KC and a bottle of Woodford Reserve.

Strangely enough, I've never had Makers Mark. It's on the short list to pick up though.

I added some water to it but that didn't "dumb" it down any. I hate to do ice cubes because I noticed that with rum, the ice cubes numb the flavor up, IMO. I can't really taste anything until they're have almost melted.

I love Woodford Reserve too! All the guys in my family went on our once-every-few-years fishing trip to remote northwestern Ontario and my dad bought a bottle of it. Definitely one of my faves up there with Knob Creek and Maker's Mark.

Bourbon is about all I drink, my 1st pour would be Gentleman Jack then Knob Creek, Makers Mark, and Woodford Reserve. Just about 2 finger pour and the night is complete with a cigar also.

It's cheaper than than Knob, MM and Woodford, but better (and smoother) IMO.
