Kristoff and Camacho Criollo

Anyone had the Kristoff Criollo or the Camacho Criollo?

Used to love the CAO Criollo Mancha, but they are discontinued now, so I'm looking for a suitable replacement.

Criollo choices only seem to be Camacho and Kristoff

I tried the Camacho. I haven't really been a big fan of anything they have done since Davidoff bought them. I just find them to be bland and uninspired blends.

I like Kristoff cigars, but I haven't tried the Criollo.

I haven't had a Camacho in about 10 years, and even then only tried a couple. Really enjoyed the triple maduros.
Didn't even know that they had been bought by Davidoff.
Surprised that being owned by them has been a bad thing as I really like davidoffs and Zinos

I'm dying to get my hands on the Triple Maduro. I really liked prior releases and they say they nailed it this time!

I found out Kristoff makes surprisingly good cigars. Discovered them at an event at my local B&M. I liked their maduro, but the criollo wasn't too memorable. And for some reason, criollo wrappers make me extremely nic sick. I dunno why xD

It's changed but they say they finally perfected it after years of trying! It's on my "to buy" list for sure.

Thanks for the info. Didn't know they had changed at all. Will pick up a couple with next months order to try out
