$50k, docked 25 driver points, and on probation for throwing his HANS device. Too harsh of a penalty, IMO. Love him or hate him, that fine is way out of line. I mean damn, Gordon only got $10K and probation for actually pushing another driver, which should be taken more seriously.

I think the fine is to high, Both Kyle and Kurt r Hot heads....
U never know what kind of fine NASCAR will come out with, points and $$ or what , new rules all the time ..........That is what is pissing off these drivers

Well considering it's one of the Busch brothers, I wish he'd had his nuts removed and been fined! I hate those two pricks...

I think the fine is perfect. Just like with our half ass court system. Every time you comit a crime the punishment gets harsher, due to the fact you should of learned the first time.

The Busch brothers seem to have a problem with learning to keep thier temper under control. So each time the fines should get larger and larger, due to being repeat offenders.
