I really enjoy Flor de Cano. That fact that they are inexpensive and machine rolled makes no difference to me. In that same vein Jose L Piedra have caught my attention however I've have yet to try one. How do the Flors and JLPs compare ?

I prefer the La Flor de Cano better, but the JLP Brevas and Cazadores are pretty good for the price too.

Piedras can be richer, or a bit rustic, but are always worth trying.
been smoking them for 15 years, and they get better when there was a good tobacco crop a couple of years before.
the '18 thru '21 boxes should be pretty decent , I have some '20s that are nice already.
latest batch reminds me of Upmann and Bolivar.
the Brevas usually are better made than Cazadores, in my experience.
