If you pay via direct draft on bank account, does the seller get charged a fee?

Not asking about overall opinions on lapyap, I know all that... just procedure, please.

The fee is dependant on wht type of lapyap account the recipient has. I forget the name for it but if the account can receive payment from a credit card then the fee is charged.

theres a personal account, and a premier or business account.

the personal account is free, but cannot recieve credit cards.

the premier account, or business account, get charged 3% no matter how the payment is originated, be that lapyap to lapyap, bank to lapyap, or credit card to lapyap.

In other words, once you go from personal, to premier, you pay (or lose) 3%...
no matter what.

why go premier? so you can deal with credit cards.

Just to make it easy for people to send you money. Alot of people don't want to link the bank account to anything.
