LAS MAREAS (behind-the-scenes)

BOTL - I wanted to share this short video with you on "The Making of the Las Mareas Label."

What makes this special and unique is that a linocut (explained in the vid) was created in order to create what will become the final box label. To the best of my knowledge, this hasn't been done before in our industry (it's more commonly used in the wine industry). As you'll see, we take great care in EVERY aspect of our products--from the blend to the box to the label to the band.

very reminiscent of japanese woodblock paintings, which makes sense since thats what they are basically lol. but the line work and style are very similar as well.

Awesome! I do wood carving but have never thought of doing prints from it. Great basic art for a great complex smoke!!!
