So I'll be in Vegas for the first time next weekend and I will most definitely be on a budget. As much as I'd like to visit the Davidoff lounge or the new Eight Lounge at Resorts World, my wallet just won't allow for that. Any recommendations for places to smoke a couple cigars and a grab a bite to eat that won't break the bank?

Cigar Warehouse off the strip has the biggest walk-in humidor I’ve ever visited. Not to mention, the prices are fair.

With that being said, bring your own smokes to save money and spend your “budget” on a better smoke for you to enjoy while you’re there.

I’d recommend dropping $25 on a Casa Fuente or Davidoff Millenium Blend if you can afford it, but if you can’t, then just smoke what you bring.

Vegas is an expensive town, depending on how long you’re going for (and what brings you to town), it’s easy to overspend / overindulge.

Been to Vegas twice, neither time of my own volition and both times before I really got into cigars. May have to hit up Casa Fuente after making up a reason to go back.

Montecristo Cigar Bar at Caesars Palace
Armed with a walk-in humidor stocked with over 1,000 cigars, the Montecristo Cigar Bar is nestled right in the middle of the casino floor at Caesars Palace across from Cleopatra’s Barge. In addition to cigars, Montecristo offers a full drink menu that ranges from draft beer to wine, champagne, and specialty cocktails.

While you can bring your own cigar, there is a $10 cutting fee you’ll want to be aware of. ( have no problem paying $10 to smoke one of my Partagas Lusi)

Casa Fuente Cigar Bar at Caesars Palace
Also found at Caesars Palace, Casa Fuente can be found in the intricately themed Forum Shops. While they may not offer bartop gaming like Montecristo, Casa Fuente does have a walk-in humidor stocked with a wide variety of cigars. Like other cigar lounges in Las Vegas, the staff will help you select a cigar that fits your needs. Bring your own cigar? No problem. There isn’t a fee assessed for that at Casa Fuente. n addition to a variety of cigars, the lounge also offers an impressive cocktail menu with most items hovering in the $15 range.

Davidoff of Geneva Cigar Bar at the Fashion Show Mall
Perched overlooking the Strip with views of surrounding resorts, the Davidoff of Geneva cigar lounge can be found in a stand-alone structure right in front of the Fashion Show Mall. Notably, Davidoff has seating options both indoors and outside if that’s your preference. In addition to a walk-in humidor, the lounge serves a full assortment of cocktails that start in the $16 – $18 range, 22oz draft beer for $12, and wine by the glass starting around $12. Mondays between 7-10 pm for their happy hour special of 50% off both cigars and drinks.

Napoleon’s Lounge at Paris
Although Napoleon’s isn’t a cigar lounge itself, they do offer an intimate, enclosed room dedicated to the enjoyment of cigars. While small in size, the cigar lounge at Napoleon’s has an elegant feel and a small selection of cigars for purchase.
( Pick a time when its not a loud band playing and is packed)

Chicago Brewing Company Cigar Lounge at 4 Queens
Among the options on this list, the cigar bar at Chicago Brewing is the least pretentious – A great spot to watch the game and enjoy cheap, yet good, beer and food.

Located at 4 Queens, cigar smoking is only permitted at the upstairs bar and they have a small selection of cigars available for purchase. While not fancy compared to other options in Vegas, the lounge at Chicago Brewing is certainly comfortable. One where you don’t need to worry about being underdressed, etc.
When we say cheap food, we mean it. You can score items like a 10-inch pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and more for around $10 – $12 bucks. A 22 oz. craft beer will set you back only $7. Check out the full menu here.

To find the Chicago Brewing Company Cigar Lounge at 4 Queens, enter the door closest to Golden Nugget and head towards the back of the casino.

My favorite place to enjoy a few cigars is Whiskey Down In the MGM
(It is by far the best place to smoke cigars and not be hassled)
I have sat here for hours smoking cigars and sipping an ice tea!

True to its name, Whiskey Down features an impressive selection of more than 50 different types of rare and fine American, Canadian, Irish and Scotch whiskies along with hand-crafted cocktails and other dark spirits. While this gaming lounge has plenty of action with three blackjack tables and seven video poker machines, the plush leather sofas and oversized chairs give it the vibe of a relaxing speakeasy with a vintage, industrial flair

All in all most of the bars at the casinos let you smoke cigars at them just walk up and ask the bartender first useless you see people already smoking cigars!

I also like to sit at a video poker machine downtown and get free drinks and smoke a cigar!

Can't get a much better recommendation then listed above. I would agree with stated above, Vegas isn't a budget friendly town and only goal is to get your money. Ignore the normal vices and splurge a little bit on the smokes for later at home (trust me, I've missed plenty of casa fuente lanceros and 808's due to passing them in the shop and regretted it later...) Grab some nice smokes, have some nice smokes. Don't blow your budget completely away... but you can always get more money, can't get more time. Smoke nice ones while you can and enjoy the trip

Here is a few eats on the cheep if you blow all your money on craps :p
Circus Circus, and right in the front of the property, Stripside, you’ll find Slots A Fun, a mini casino that’s open 24/7 and offers $1 hot dogs and $1 draft beer.
Continue heading north down the Strip toward Sahara Las Vegas, where you want to stop by Mexican food hot spot Uno Más Street Tacos + Spirits for some belly-filling options like $5 chips and salsa, street tacos that start at $6, pork chicharrones for $7 and Mexican food favorite grilled corn with guajillo cilantro butter, chili-lime mayo and cotija cheese for only $8.

Also forgot to add The Cigar lounge at Binion’s its in the very back left of the casino! It's next to Benny’s Smokin’ BBQ & Brews. Not very big small well vented room when I was there I sat in there for an hour with not a soul came in! Not sure it is still there but worth a look. I do most of my gambling downtown as it is a lot cheeper. A lot of $.05 & $.25 games and $2 BJ & craps Binion’s is very cigar friendly!

I'm actually staying at Circus Circus, so I will definitely be stopping by for $1 beers. Thanks for the tip!

OYO: Offering the only live $1 blackjack game on (well, near) the Las Vegas Strip, OYO uses this low limit game to incentivize players staying at Strip resorts to stop in. At a mere 10-15 minute walk from resorts like MGM Grand and Tropicana, OYO should be on the to-do list of visitors seeking low-limit blackjack. The $1 blackjack game is offered 24-hours per day, so you’ll have a tough time missing it.

$5 Blackjack Near the Strip: Ellis Island offers one of the better gambling values in Las Vegas and is a short 10-minute walk behind Bally’s. There, you’ll find $5 minimum blackjack that pays 3:2. This is our personal go-to for cheap blackjack in Vegas and is well worth the Uber or walk.

Downtown Grand: Located just steps away from the Fremont Street Experience, Downtown Grand (formerly Lady Luck) offers $1 blackjack from 11 am – 3 am Thursday – Monday. Downtown Grand’s table games are currently closed on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Downtown Grand is also the only casino downtown that I have recently seen $5 blackjack at.

You can find Video Blackjack $5 if you look

I used to only gamble Downtown as years ago most of the spots they had at least a few $2 or $3 BJ tables (that were hard to get on to) And I loved Binion's $3 craps:cry:
