I am impressed with the substitute crew chief getting 2 wins and a second place in 3 races.

BUT, from what I'm seeing, I wonder if I could sit in the chair and get a win with the Lowes #48 team.

What hurt me is I have 4 great drivers (placed #2-5) and 2 really bad drivers that are always in the top 30's/40's. I need to work on that so I can have a better overall team. Because the 2 bad drivers are bringing me down.

Yep...we need to have six in the top 20 with only one outside the top 15 to do good.

My changes backfired...I released Gordon, fifth, for Biffle, eighth and Hamlin, tenth, for Yeley, seventeenth.

Oh well I traded Schrader, 41st, for R. Gordon, 12th.
