Latest and greatest cigar accessory

I've always had a problem rating a cigar other than great, good, ok, bad...until 2 weeks ago I was sick, picked up some dristan spray and then I realized I could smell and taste so much more than I have in LOOONG time. I decided to apply it to our favorite hobby see what resulted. I can definitely pick up a few notes that I haven't before. So far I have detected, earthy, peppery tones with an occasional tinge of vanilla. The stick in question is an RP Decade. I'm still in the first third (this is my first smoke in a month, just haven't had time). I'm anxious to see what happens in an inch or two....

just initial scent of whatever its made of, after about 5 seconds its gone

Part of you picking up more tastes in the cigar could be that it's your first cigar in a month too. Your buds have come back to life.

I've never been able to pick up anything except for heavy vanilla in some cohibas I have (CC) other than that, nothin ever

Read a review of a cigar ye have. Takeout the cigar and, if the review says coffee, get coffee beans and smell them. Now smell the cigar. Found it? And so on.

I can't get the picture of the Dristan herf out of my head. People sitting around with a cigar in one hand and a bottle of Dristan shoved up their nose with the other. Debating if it's better to Spray, Puff, Puff or Puff, Spray, Puff. Somebody has converted one of those beer drinking hats so it has a tube comeing down from two quart bottles of Dristan and is shoved up each nostral. Someone defending their nose running onto their cigar as a bonus.

Can't see this ending well.

Highly, highly addictive. Take care. Like any drug after a whiel it stops working so well so you do more, and more etc.

When I am sick I use that stuff its hard to kick. So its not for me thanks for you input though.
