so.., a little bit behind, but such is life...

do we REALLY want to celebrate Black Friday? reward people for shallow commercialism? applaud over fist fights over small electronics and children's toys?

next year, celebrate Leftover Day. the day after american thanksgiving. celebrate an empty house and a full fridge. celebrate lowered expectations and the entire world on "coast". Leftover Day. when you have a little food set aside, and nothing much going on. that sounds like an aMAzing holiday to me.

Happy Belated Leftover Day, gentlemen, and please remember it next year.,,

hey, is Steak and BJ Day can get a nod, we can get this rolling, right? o)

Don't worry Sean, I kinda feel like its appropriate to wait until after leftover day to wish people a happy leftover day

Leftovers are awesome. We cook an entire extra turkey just so people can have leftovers to take home. (BJ's are cool too.)

I definitely approve of this over black Friday.

As someone who worked retail for over 6 years, I have an immense disdain for what the holidays do to people and how it seems to single handedly sent the human race back to the stone age of "mine, mine, mine".

Now excuse me, but I have turkey soup to make :)
