Draw/Burn: Good draw with an even burn.

Flavor/Aroma: Med-full body. Full flavor.

Pre-light: Sweet barnyard. Dark fruit.

1/3: Wood oak. Spice. Pepper. Dark fruit. A bit charred. Slightly nutty.

2/3: Cinnamon. Pepper. Char. Dark fruit. Salt. Cream.

3/3: Pepper. Wood. Fruit. Cinnamon. A bit savory. Char. Hay. Fennel. Cream.

Burn time: 2 hours.

Overall: Lots of complexity and flavor. A pleasure to smoke. 91/100

Nice W.B. might have to source one of these out and give it a try again. The one I had at the event several months ago was eh and seemed pretty flat across the board.
