How much are these gonna be? and how limited?

Not sure the street date yet but I will find out. As per MSRP, Jeff and Pete have decided to price it at $9.00 per stick ($90 per 10ct box). $1 per stick will go to the CRA. Looks like it will be 5000 sticks (500 10ct boxes).

not actually a monster, as they have always held the lonely little actor series separate. possibly why this is corona cigars private release?

This is a private release for Corona per an agreement between Jeff and Pete. Pete wanted the name Boris but Jeff already had "ownership" of the name for another cigar that Corona does called "Boris 11". Pete called Jeff and asked "can I use the name Boris"....Jeff said "o.k. if you will do a private release for Corona"...Pete said "done".
